Serious Games Year 4
Join us to learn about how coding in Scratch can be integrated with Science in the creation of a serious game. In this course you will explore a 9 x lesson overview where Year 4 students investigate the components of a serious game and design and program one in Scratch. The learning is linked to curriculum in Media Arts, Science, Digital Technologies and Design and Technologies.
The Year 4 lessons and resources you will access for free, also give Year 4 students opportunities to learn how to develop their computational thinking skills, gain confidence in STEM activities and deepen their understanding of STEM subject choices at school and STEM careers.
